If I place a concrete block (all colors) the world start to lag...

I saw the concrete blocks and I opened my survival world. I crafted an half stack of White Concrete Powder, and I converted it in White Concrete blocks, to building a pixel art.
I built the pixel art, and then the world started to having lots of lag. I have a _*Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge SM G935F_*so it isn't a low device, but I can't play my survival world.
