Bought add ons, but the game will not let me download them

I bought two add ons, figuring it might’ve just been the first add on that didn’t work. I than went and bought a similar but different one, that also didn’t let me download it. All it say it says is “sorry, this content was to able to download”. I also tried signing into my account on my phone, but the same thing happens
