Furnace and stonecutter vanish in inventory.

Stonecutter and furnace vanish if placed in inventory and game is exited. When I return to game, stonecutter and furnace are gone. Also will vanish during game if placed in inventory. If taken out of inventory then leave game, they don't seem to vanish. Will update this latter on if possible.
