I would like to report an issue related to the recent Minecraft Bedrock Beta update that introduced the "Vibrant Visuals" graphics enhancement. This feature appears to be unavailable or locked on systems using Intel HD Graphics, even though the hardware supports DirectX 12 and runs Minecraft (both Bedrock and Java editions) smoothly with stable FPS even when using high-resolution textures. It seems that the feature is restricted based on GPU type rather than actual system capabilities. I believe this is unfair to many players who use Intel HD GPUs, especially on laptops, yet still meet the performance requirements. I hope Mojang considers enabling this feature perhaps with a warning for GPUs that support DirectX 12 and have proven capable of handling enhanced visuals. This would ensure fair access and a better experience for a wider range of players.

Thank you for the clarification. I hope in the future Mojang can consider a fallback option or at least allow access with a warning for systems that support DirectX 12 but are limited by OEM or legacy drivers. Many users, especially on laptops, are unable to update beyond certain driver versions due to manufacturer restrictions, even though their hardware is capable.
For Intel GPUs, Intel graphics driver 31.0.101.3430 or higher is required for Minecraft to run on DirectX 12. Unfortunately, the latest graphics driver for your GPU is 31.0.101.2135, so you will not be able to use Vibrant Visuals.
