Well apparently, in 1.19.50, the changelogs stated that they added D3D12 support on Intel devices, however when I checked if that's the case, it was still running on DX 11 on my DX 12 supported device.

This is now affecting people's ability to use the Deferred Technical Preview as Minecraft isn't using the D3D12 available in their Intel GPUs
For anyone reading this, you can use better renderdragon to launch minecraft with DX12 on intel graphics card
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.
Note from the development team:
Minecraft requires intel igpu drivers version "31.0.101.3430" and above for DX12 support. Any driver version lower than that may result in instability when used with Minecraft so we intentionally fallback to DX11 which doesn't suffer from the same issues
