Game using directx 11 instead of directx12 in directx diagnostics is says 12_1 and 12_0

• i have Intel UHD Graphics.

• my system supports DirectX 12, with Feature Levels 12_1 and 12_0 confirmed.

• Minecraft Preview on my system runs on DirectX 11.

• i have a intel Celeron N4505

I've looked into possible problems with the drivers and whether my onboard graphics don't support some of the specifications for some of the DirectX 12 feature levels. And Minecraft Preview runs on Dx11 instead of Dx12 , also on Dx Diagnostic tool it says version: 31.0.101.2115.
