I can't use the new vibrant visuals because my minecraft is using directx 11 instead of 12 and my computer supports 12

I wanted to test the new vibrant graphics but it needs DirectX 12, but that's okay because my PC supports it but when I went to open mine it wasn't using DirectX 12 but 11 and that's why I can't use the new vibrant visuals
