[MCPE-216843] Foxes don't pick up fully grow sweet berries as fast when compared to java

Steps to reproduce

Place down a sweet berry down
Place a slab right above that sweet berry
Spawn a fox on that slab and encase it with glass or any other block
Bonemeal the sweet berry and note how long it takes to finally harvest the sweet berry

Expected results

The fox should be able to harvest the sweet berry almost instantly

Observed results

The fox takes a long time up to a minute sometimes from a couple test i did just to be able to harvest the sweet berry

I guess this not really significant but this better be fixed so fox can harvest sweet berries way faster.

I am on Switch. My friend is on Xbox. The foxes in our realm almost never (or msybe never at all) get sweet berries from the bushes. We have a zoo, so there are a bunch of foxes and berry bushes in the enclosure. All the bushes are full. I have never seen them get the berries once.
