Wind burst enchantment not launching me in the air.

I recently acquired wind burst 2 after a long time of opening ominous vaults on my realm. When I put it on my mace and tried using it, it would not launch me in the air. I’m quite mad about this because windburst works in the other realm that I am in, and not in this one. Please help.
