World names cannot be edited if they contain more than 30 characters

World names have a limit of 30 characters. However, duplicating a world forces a number in parentheses after the name to denote that it is a copy. If this forces the world name to be over 30 characters, the world name can no longer be edited.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a world with a name of 30 characters.
    2. Duplicate the world so that the name has more than 30 characters.
    3. Attempt to edit the name of the duplicate.

Expected result
-The player should be able to delete characters from the world name.

Actual result
-The world name cannot be edited in any way.
