It says just latest version tried to update but it shows it doesnt need update in launcher or microsoft store, tried uninstalling and all the troubleshooting have had this issue before too i just gave up. Please tell me you have some resolution

Have you made sure that the Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service is running? This service must be running to unlock achievements.
To check if this service is running:
Press the Windows key + R and type services.msc
Find the Connected User Experiences and Telemetry service
If the service is not running, right click on it and click on Properties
Click on the Start button and then Startup type to Automatic
Click Apply and then OK
