Vibrant Visuals: Enchantment Glint is very faint in first person view

I am not using any add-ons or resource packs

When VV rendering is enabled the enchantment glint appears very faint, almost invisible

Reproduction Steps:
- Enable Vibrant Visuals in video settings
- Enchant an item

Observed Results:
- The enchantment glint is very hard to notice

Expected Results:
- The enchantment glint would be just as visible as it is with “Fancy” graphics
