Vibrant Visuals - Sky doesn't turn dark when it rains or thunders

I have vibrant visuals turned on in one of my favorite worlds. But the issue is that when it either rains or thunders, the sky doesn't turn dark and the sun is still shining. I've been having this problem since vibrant visuals was added
