Realms will not let you change your resource pack settings

This issue has been affecting me and many other people that I have seen for a while, it is something that comes up on the Oreville Studios (a marketplace creator team) discord server from time to time. Basically, if you have a resource/texture pack applied to your Realm and you go into the world settings to change the resolution or settings of the pack, it lets you change them, but it seems no matter what you do it will always revert to the default setting after you leave the settings screen and go to play on the Realm. This has frustrated some people as with the popular Actions & Stuff pack, for example, we are only able to play on the setting with their full texture pack, and none of the settings that use the default vanilla textures with their animations, or the textures that allow for compatibility with other resource/texture packs from the marketplace or elsewhere.
