Jurassic World Adventures will not download on Switch

When you try and download Jurassic world adventures it says there is not enough space on the console and that switch consoles limit minecraft to 2gb storage.

It only needs circa 280mb and there is only 980mb used on the console so there should be plenty of room. regardless we tried to delete as much as we could and got it down to about 600mb storage, it still gave the same message
