Pregnant turtle becomes frozen instead of laying eggs

Steps to reproduce the issue: Breed two turtles, wait for one of them to become pregnant.

Expected result: When breeding two turtles, the pregnant turtle will move out to its spawn shore to lay its eggs.

Actual result: The pregnant turtle initially begins to move out, but becomes frozen in its path, after a few seconds. It seemingly resumes its normal path-finding after quitting and rejoining the world.
