Parity issues

Minecraft bedrock edition does not have underwater ocean ambience like java edition, this has been a issue for a little under 6 years when the aquatic update was released, its missing every single ocean ambience sound, and the critical attack sound effect is outdated on bedrock edition too, java has a newer critical sound.
