Although over wi-fi connecting to a realms server is fast and easy, it is no longer possible with 4G LTE mobile data.
Trying to join a realms server will cause a loading status to appear for a few seconds, disappear as if it were going to load, then reappear with the loading status.
Pressing cancel, then reattempting will soft lock Minecraft PE..
I am currently using an LG Stylo.
