Mincraft will not let me load in my world because it's not synced and it won't let me sync it

I thank it started doing this when I started to played split screen with my brother and it started to glitch and I have restarted it and Factory restarted it to but it does nothing it won't let me load in my world all it will say is “Can't sync world’s cloud data with your device please check your internet connection and try again” and I have but it does nothing.
