“City Texture Pack” does not load

Not sure why, but the original “City Texture Pack” from legacy version does not load into the newer one. I still play Xbox One Edition due to redstone properties being different and having a world that’s over 11 years old, but wanted to try this new one. I love the city texture pack, have since I purchased it in 2016. Wondering if there could be a fix. Loads fine on legacy as shown but not on the new edition. Attached are the messages and history with owning the add-on.
