Error loading custom skin in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition

This error has been occurring since approximately 1.21.70, where when selecting a custom skin, the message appears that it must be a 64x32, 64x64 and 128x128 skin in PNG format.

This error is only happening to me, I have deleted the application data, cache but it gives the same error, I have only seen that on PC this does not happen, but some phones do not have this problem.
