[MCPE-217630] Torches having glitched textures if more than 7 add-ons in use

When using addons in a world with experiments on, if there are more than 7 addons, the torches and redstone torches have glitched textures.

There’s no specific addon that causes this. ANY addon can cause this if there’s more than 7 addons active in a world with experiments enabled.

Heck, even the Soul Torch has a glitched texture.
