Doesn’t let login to Microsoft account. Claims it already connected to another account

I have tried everything from deleting the game and data, from the console and from the cloud. I’ve even created and new Microsoft account but nothing works. It still say that the account is already connected to another. I’ve had this issue for so long before they even introduced cross platform. I’ve called mircosoft, PlayStation and mojang. I want to play with my firends again.
