Amethyst crystal cross models aren't flipped when placed anywhere but the ground

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place any amethyst bud stage or cluster on the ground.

2. Place that same bud stage on the side of bottom of a block.

3. Compare how the two look from the east and west.

Expected result: all amethyst buds and clusters should look have the same model as the ones placed on the ground.

Actual result: amethyst placed on walls and ceilings don't flip the texture, looking strange from the eastern and western sides.
