Wall and ceiling Amethyst Cluster and Buds are not double-sided

In 1.21.70.22, most cross models were correctly changed to be stretched and double-sided. This includes the floor models for Amethyst Cluster and Amethyst Buds, but the ceiling and wall models were forgotten.
