"Broken" dimension

I was intrested : “what happened if we teleport to nether from end dimesion?“ And I did this. I teleported to the end , but can’t light nether portal. Because of this, i created portal with command :

/setblock <coordinates> portal

I entered portal. Then, I spawned on ~30000 Y (now 66 Y). There’s no sound. After getting to surface i was going to explore new chunks. But they don’t load. I got stuck on square of ~10 chunks. I tried to open creative inventory. I can’t. Also I can’t act with mobs. Portals don’t work. There’s 2 ways out of thyis broken overworld.

• With command “/execute in nether\the_end run tp ~ 70 ~“

• Rejoin world.

After rejoin I spawned in the end(In versions like 1.19 in the overworld ).
