[MCPE-34142] Nether portals that are /setblock in the End do not teleport you to the Nether, unlike Java Edition

^{Description update from}^MCPE-78510:
When I went to the End dimension and used /setblock ~ 64 ~ portal and went into the portal, I saw I was in a block. I teleported higher and saw I was in the overworld.

Steps to reproduce

Build an end portal or do /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal
Do /setblock ~ ~ ~ portal

What I observed
I was in the Overworld instead of the Nether and there was no Nether portal.

What I expected
I would be in the Nether with a Nether portal.

Almost all bedrock edition bugs are not found in java edition and vice versa, that doesn't make them parity automatically

I don't know for sure, but the part about going to the end sounds like the portal teleports you to the overworld based on dimid notequal 0 (overworld), not dimid equal -1 (nether). The portal probably generated around the location you spawned in, try repeating with Night Vision?

I can confirm this. I actually found this bug by playing around, and when done correctly, teleports you to the overworld at 0, 32627, 0, and end portals dont teleport you and nether portals do the teleporting animation indefinitely without teleporting you. Edit: I'd try to reproduce this without using the add-on, but Minecraft won't download right now

Affect 1.21.70.22, but I'm not teleported very high, and instead it teleports me to the void.

I also did the test in 1.21.51, it teleports me very high, but it turns out to be different to 1.21.70.22.

I also found that if you save the world after getting through the nether portal from the end,you will be in the end the next time you enter this world.And where you placed the nether portal has been replaced by some obsidian.

Can confirm in 26.3 release. Apparently, after you enter a nether portal block in the end dimension, your placed blocks and broken blocks don’t register, you can’t open your inventory, your overword state is also not saved after this.
