When I summon a nether portal block in the end I went to the over world because I spawned it where I was. When I was sent to the over world I spawned 32755.32 blocks in the air. After finally falling I went to break, place, spawn mobs with eggs, but I couldn't do anything I tried summoning a portal but it said I couldn't place stuff out of the world. If I teleported myself I would go back to 0,32755,0.I used /fill to make both portals. When I left the world and went in it everything was normal and mobs could spawn on their own.
