Minecraft world local save successful but cloud sync failed due to quota

This issue began recently and I’ve been seeing others reporting these issues on other apps. The message that appears on the screen when I exit my world is “Minecraft local save successful but cloud sync failed due to quota. Free cloud space by deleting worlds from the settings menu.” Is this an issue on Microsoft’s end or do I generally have to clear some space. I have my main world and a bunch of other random ones currently on my Xbox.
