Steps to reproduce the issue:
With no armour, hit a skeleton on easy diffculty [or any diffculty].
Wait untill it kills you.
Repeat these steps in Java edition and compare the results.
Expected result:
Equal time is taken by both skeletons to kill the player.
Actual result:
Java skeletons kill the player 14 seconds slower than Bedrock skeletons on average.
This bug:
is affected by the parity issue and is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version.
behaves differently in one edition than in the other.
