Victor's clothes set being unobtainable.

I just unlocked every achievement in Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Android, And when I went to unlock everything… The Victor's set was still locked. I looked up guide after guide, No secret achievement mentioned. Please fix this and just make it free or something, Because it being unobtainable is freaking annoying.
