None of the Achievement Based Dressing Room Items unlocked despite completing achievements

Hi there, I am having an issue where none of the achievement based dressing room items are unlocked despite completing the achievements, for example the lumberjack shirt for chopping a tree is not even in my dressing room as an option, have completed trial chambers and been to the nether and have none of the dressing room items to show for it
