Wither skulls and ghast fireballs cannot pass through nether portals.

Steps to reproduce

First, create a wither skull or ghast fireball using any method, then place it inside a nether portal. Alternatively, construct a nether portal directly where the projectile is located. You will observe that these entities are not teleported, even if there is a functional linked portal in the Nether.

Expected results

Wither skulls or ghast fireballs should be teleported to the Nether.

Observed results

Neither wither skulls nor ghast fireballs are being teleported, even when placed inside an active nether portal while a properly linked destination portal exists in the Nether.
Both entities (wither skulls and ghast fireballs) have always been able to pass through nether portals in Java Edition. This behavior also existed in Bedrock Edition before v1.19.10, but was inexplicably removed in that update - while Java Edition retains the feature. This inconsistency is unreasonable.

Please do not select “Future Update” as a version. You do not have access to unreleased versions. You should only select the exact version shown at the bottom of the main Minecraft screen.

In Bedrock Edition, most projectiles (except arrows) cannot pass through Nether and End portals from the beginning. Wither skulls and ghast fireballs previously could pass through, but later became unable to do so due to Mojang's questionable changes. This behavior is inconsistent with Java Edition and does not meet expectations.
