When I ride my minecart railways it sounds like I'm walking on the blocks I'm riding over, like if my rails are over wooden planks it sounds like I'm walking on wooden planks and that's the same to any type of block under those rails I ride over with my minecart. I don't have 1.21.73 hot fix yet but based on my research there's no mention on the bug im reporting so I hope this clear things out.
