Skins and marketplace loading infinitely when logging

I recently created a Microsoft account and made my skin in the skin creator normally, and now it keeps loading forever, the only skins that work are the boring default skins, I wanted to import my own skin from the default creator, no, it wasn't a cape but a skin using things from the marketplace
