sea pickels can't be placed on many blocks

From version 1.21.5, you can’t place sea pickles on fences, and after some testing, i found out that you can't place sea pickles on walls, fences, trapdoors, iron bars, stairs, scaffolding, slabs and leaves.

This is very sad because pickels on these blocks can create very good build hacks.
