I am unable to access the victors tunic clothing item even after completing the required achievement

I am unable to access the victors tunic item in the dressing room even after completing the monster hunter achievement. I tried to see if maybe I hadn't completed it but I did so I honestly don't know what to do, I just want my drip brah.
