This is intentional, see MC-277337
In that report, the OP states that: “In some very few cases the game kicked me out of the world instantly when loading such a corrupted duplicated world, showing me a message telling me: ‘disconnected due to world corruption’“
So it appears that the underlying issue is the same, just you may get a different world corruption message depending on unknown factors.

Sorry, it looks like I overlooked a crucial detail after first observing the screenshot (given its poor quality). Are there any stairs by the entrance? I now see that the structute goes down a block after the entrance, so that's why I ask.
It appears that items can be deleted from bundles after placing them inside a container (any) and breaking it, according to MCPE-191579.
This is being covered in MCPE-42912
This happens because you’re only able to “view” the item rather than “equip” it. It’s a known issue that’s being tracked at MCPE-177362
Duplicates MCPE-45311
This won’t be fixed, see MCPE-58983
Duplicates MCPE-221365
Duplicates MCPE-120334
This is intentional, see MCPE-15179
This is intentional behavior, see MCPE-11418
In that case, are you able to provide a copy of the affected world? Someone else reported similar behavior a while back MCPE-188052.
I’d try breaking (and placing back down) one of the villager’s workstations to see whether it re-links to it or not, and wait to see whether it starts restocking its trades again.
A likely explanation, given that it appears you’re in a trading hall, is that the villager in front of you switched its workstation with another nearby villager of the same profession MCPE-131043. Since the villager can’t actually pathfind to its workstation, so it has no means of refreshing its trades.
I cannot reproduce this. Are you still experiencing this issue in the latest release?
