Game freezes when player 2 leaves
The only way to stop it is to restart minecraft

Could you please record a video of the issue and upload it?
Are you playing on a 3rd party server like Hypixel etc?
Are you using any add-ons or resource packs? If so, could you provide a complete list of them?
