Marketplace/Dressing Room shows C-0010/D-0010 error, and multiplayer can't be accessed

Same thing happening to me, Xbox Series X

I'm having the same problem on Xbox Series S, I believe it's problems with the internet provider, what I use is Vivo, does everyone here use the same?

Applies to my PlayStation 4 as well. Two of my friends on PlayStation 5 and my Android device do not have this issue. The Android phone and the PlayStation 4 are connected to the same network.

Is anyone even trying to fix this?At the very least, can they just acknowledge that we've wasted our money and that we'll never play multiplayer or use the store again?

There is a possible workaround - if you connect your Playstation to a different WiFi (e.g. Android Hotspot) it could work (did for me).

Very clunky though.

I've connected my Xbox to different networks, in different homes, and the problem persists no matter what. It's disrespectful. Every day before I log in, I get a reminder that my Game Pass subscription is ending and I need to renew. Why renew? The game I want to play won't let me access multiplayer, and worse, I can't even access the content I paid for in the Marketplace. Very good, Minecraft.

Dia 24/08/2025 e até agora sem soluções, Entrei em contato com o Suporte e pediram pra eu parar de Enviar Tickets de Suporte, porque era um Possível Spam, sendo que eu esperei 2 semanas para mandar outro Ticket de Suporte, Lamentável.

Informaram que estão investindo a causa do Problema, é que a solução prévia é esperar uma futura atualização.

Forneci dados e estatísticas de Internet ao Suporte, e ressaltei o Provedor de Internet e o Servidor público Wifi. Espero que usem os Dados enviados como Ajuda para Investigarem o Problema.

Se possível pedem ao Suporte de Internet de vocês uma Análise do Tráfego de Dados até os Servidores do Minecraft/Microsoft, se está havendo algum gargalho.

O mais estranho, como outros ressaltaram, o Problema é so no Console Xbox/Playstation, outros plataformas como PC e Mobile, funcionam perfeitamente.

Não preciso ser um Profissional da Área, para saber que o Problema é a Conexão entre nossos Wifi e o Servidores do Minecraft.

Isto pode ser um Problema da Mojang com certos Provedores de Internet do Brasil.

Entrei em Contato com o Suporte via E-mail, Reddit e Discord, EM NENHUMA Houve soluções tanto prévias ou Definitivas. O que é uma vergonha, Minecraft é gigantesco e Lucrativo, problemas como este nunca deveriam existir. Falta de Suporte Eficaz e Atraso em Atualizações Corretivas.

Conclusão: Esperar e Continua pedindo uma Correção.

So far, there has been no solution for the issue I am experiencing while playing Minecraft on Xbox Series S (possibly also on PlayStation). I contacted official support, who requested that I avoid submitting multiple tickets, claiming it might be spam, even though I waited two weeks before sending another ticket. This is disappointing.

Support informed me that they are investigating the cause of the problem and that, at the moment, the only solution would be to wait for a future update.

I provided detailed internet connection data, including speed statistics and information about my Vivo Fibra Brazil ISP, as well as tests using a public hotspot, to assist in their investigation. If possible, I also request that your internet support team perform an analysis of traffic to Minecraft/Microsoft servers to identify potential bottlenecks.

Strangely, the issue occurs only on consoles (Xbox and PlayStation). On other platforms, such as PC and mobile devices, the game works perfectly. It doesn’t take an expert to conclude that the problem is with the connection between the Wi-Fi and Minecraft servers, possibly affecting certain ISPs in Brazil.

I have contacted support via email, Reddit, and Discord, but no preliminary or definitive solution has been provided. This is frustrating considering the size and importance of Minecraft. There is a lack of effective support and delays in important fixes.

Conclusion: For now, the only option is to wait for a future fix, but I hope the data provided will be used to effectively investigate and resolve the issue.

I can confirm that making use of Hotspot on Android works as well. @Izaquiel Mendes mentioned this issue may be related to ISPs in Brazil; however, I am in Germany and as I commented earlier, my Android device which is connected to the same WiFi is not affected.

This issue is really frustrating as I bought the PlayStation Plus subscription only to play Minecraft with friends only to find out multiplayer (once again…) does not work. Using Hotspot is not really an enjoyable but the only workaround for me.

I hope that Mojang also realises that a large player base has no access to the marketplace due to this issue which has a negative impact on their income of marketplace related sells.

Happening here on mobile and switch 2 for months now, please give us some info on what's going on.

Update: Today, it did work on my PS4.

The game crashed and now it does not work again.

Same issue for me, I can’t access Marketplace, Realms and other online servers. I’m cancelling my Marketplace pass subscription and Realms subscription, since they’re both useless at the moment. Unbelievable.

I spoke with Jeffrey C. from Microsoft support today, and, as several other experts have reported in other contacts, this is exclusively a game issue, as all other games work normally. Mojang, 4 months of the problem here, please help us

I took my Xbox to another house, far from mine, which uses a different network (of course) and a different provider. There, the error stopped occurring during 1 game session, in this case the first time I logged in. After I closed it and reopened it, the bug returned. I did this twice in the space of two months. It doesn't make any sense to me. Not even changing houses, networks, providers, modems, cable or wireless can get the game working again. And yes, I've already tried every troubleshooting option available on every Microsoft/Xbox/Minecraft website, including completely resetting my Xbox, deleting all games, apps, and data. Several times. And to be clear, it only happens with Minecraft, and only on the Series X (cause i have the game on pc and cell). For 4 months.

And again describing the error:

• The account won't log in

• The locker won't load

• The Realms tab won't load

• The Marketplace won't load and displays the code D-0010

• The worlds won't load (offline and online)

• The servers won't load

• The friends page won't load either

No matter how long I leave the game open to allow time for everything to load or how good my internet connection is

I hope this information (which I've already provided a million times) is helpful.

It worked once when i launched the game after the recent update but after that it does not work again

Ok, i simply changed the IP address of my console and this seems to fix the issue, which makes absolutely no sense but whatever…

Edit: Only my skin loaded. All other network related features do not work

Estou a semanas sem poder abrir o makerplace, não consigo acessar servidores multiplayers e n consigo mudar minhas skins.. já limpei o cache, limpei os dados, instalei e desinstalei, já mudei de conta da Microsoft até da Xbox, já até criei uma nova e nada. E o pior? No cll dos meus amigos estão ok. Funcionam normal.
