Can’t join Multiplayer Games/Loading error

Hello, I have a problem with the bedrock Edition. When I try to join the World of my friend on PC it loads extremely long and the Displays a error with connection timeout. We‘ve always played together but since one update nothing works. It even effects the marketplace (chracter Editor) which wont load. I reinstalled the game, reconnected the Microsoft Account and PlayStation Account but nothing worked and in any other Game works.
