Can't login to minecraft servers (marketplace, skins, online play)

I have set up a brand new PS5 with PSN account and connected it to her Microsoft account. She can play Minecraft alone, but can’t access her skins, can’t access marketplace and can’t join on me on my world. I can’t even see her online. She can join my world while not connected to her Microsoft account, just on her PSN one. We have tried removing cache data, changing PS from ethernet network to Wifi (5 and 2.4GHz), restaring the console, reinstalling Minecraft.. while accessing marketplace we’ve seen errors B-0010, C-0010 and D-0010.
