We had previously resolved the connection issue, but it's recurred. Interestingly, when I use my phone as a hotspot for the Xbox Series X, the problem disappears. This suggests that the issue is likely related to the internet connection or server-side

"I'm having trouble with Minecraft v1.21.92 on my Xbox Series X, where I keep getting error D-0010 and can't connect to play with friends. Oddly enough, a friend with a Series S was able to log in with my account on their console without any issues. I've already tried troubleshooting steps like factory resetting my console, clearing the cache, and restarting my router. At this point, I'm not sure what else to try.”
Is anyone even trying to fix this?At the very least, can they just acknowledge that we've wasted our money and that we'll never play multiplayer or use the store again?
