[MCPE-221668] Marketplace and multiplayer don't work

The pictures I'm showing are from yesterday, I access the Microsoft store and even download a game to show that my internet connection is fine

Playstation 4 is affected as well and multiplayer and servers cannot be joined either.

It did work two days ago ONCE and today after updating to 1.21.92 the second time launching the game.

I never had this issue on Android the past days.

I tried to do the troubleshootings, uninstalling and installing the game, clearing cache, checking internet and still it was not successful. Many people are reporting that using VPN is working, but since I use Xbox series S there is no way to install a VPN. Worse still, I bought texture to use in the Marketplace and it is not even working.

Could you provide an information about your IP protocol? It should be either IPv4 or IPv6.
Remember that for your own safety DO NOT share your IP address.

How to check what protocol are you using:

for PlayStation consoles: Settings > Network > View Connection Status > Look for the "IP Address" field.
for Xbox consoles: Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > You should see protocol under the “Connection“ field.

If the IP address looks like 192.168.x.x or 10.0.x.x, it is an IPv4 address.
If it is a longer address containing colons (e.g., 2001:0000:xxxx...), it is an IPv6 address.

I checked my Xbox, there is both ipv4 and ipv6. Though when I go IP settings it says 1pv4.
