error in marketplace and multiplayer on xbox series s

When I try to change the character's skin, it just keeps loading and when I try to enter the Marketplace, the error code -D0010 appears. When I try to use another controller to connect to the game, it just says building terrain and it doesn't load, I've waited for an hour and it didn't load the terrain to play with another controller.
