Missing Realms and Marketplace content on Bedrock despite correct account login

Hello I am having an issue with my Minecraft Bedrock account I am signed in with the correct Microsoft account that I use to pay for my Realms subscription and to make Marketplace purchases but my Realms world does not appear in the game all my Marketplace purchases are missing and I cannot access the in game store

I have already tried the following verified I am using the correct account cleared content licenses checked that the date and time are correct tested on multiple devices PC and mobile with the same issue ensured the game is up to date and my internet is stable

Everything was working normally before but this issue started recently please help me recover access to my Realms and Marketplace content
