The online/multiplayer services have been down for over 4 months. I took my Xbox to another house, far from mine, which uses a different network (of course) and a different provider. There, the error stopped occurring during 1 game session, in this case the first time I logged in. After I closed it and reopened it, the bug returned. I did this twice in the space of two months. It doesn't make any sense to me. Not even changing houses, networks, providers, modems, cable or wireless can get the game working again. And yes, I've already tried every troubleshooting option available on every Microsoft/Xbox/Minecraft website, including completely resetting my Xbox, deleting all games, apps, and data. Several times. And to be clear, it only happens with Minecraft, and only on the Series X (cause i have the game on pc and cell, but I know that this bug occurs on all platforms).
And again describing the error:
The account won't log in
The Dressing Room won't load
The Realms tab won't load
The Marketplace won't load and displays the code D-0010 (now D-0020)
The worlds won't load (offline and online)
The servers won't load
The friends page won't load either
No matter how long I leave the game open to allow time for everything to load or how good my internet connection is

Yeahh I totally agree with you. The management and communication could be so much better, I've also been in the same situation you are for about 3-3 and a half months and tried to contact them through email. The response I got was to try the classic troubleshooting methods (which I had already done) and nothing. This is the only game ever in which I've wanted to play for months now and can't because of a bug that has still not been resolved. Absolutely ridiculous.
Alternatively for PC users anyways, you don’t need to disable IPv6 on your router. I did some testing and just disabled it in Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings > Right-click your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet), select Properties, and uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6). I don’t think there is a way to specifically disable it on Xbox or PlayStation though so you’d probably have to do it on your router.
They fixed the Azure problem, everyone's Minecraft went back to normal, but here it's still the same, with the same error.
I can't access the in-game content I paid for, anything from the marketplace, or Realms, even with the best licensed hardware (Series X) and the most expensive game service (Game Pass Ultimate).
The support for a single bug in a single game is extremely unsatisfactory. I'm unfamiliar with Mojang's standards, but I believe this type of bug should be fixed much faster than it is being (because it directly affects the consumer's wallet). We pay a lot for this kind of thing.
Brazilian consumer protection laws protect us when a service isn't provided as it should be, and here I see no fault on my part or on the part of any of the other players with the same problem. It's a company error that has been occurring for quite some time, and no expectation of resolution has been given. There are thousands of bugs in all games, including Minecraft, of course, but this type of bug makes it impossible to access too many features. Without any plausible response or update, all that remains is to contact the consumer protection agency (PROCON) and have a lot more patience...
