I’ve been having this problem only on Windows 11 since the 1.21.121 update (Possibly since 1.21.120). Very rarely am I able to login to Minecraft and everything works but most of the time I get these issues:
1). Launcher doesn’t confirm I’ve purchased Minecraft. Error loading account info. This does succeed after a couple tries but often shows error loading Minecoins. (See screenshots 01-02)
2). Marketplace box in Minecraft screen stays greyed out. (See screenshot 03)
3). Connecting to Dressingroom often fails giving me error code D-0020. Occasionally connects but it’s like I’m starting a new character but my usual skin is often missing, not always. (See screenshots 04-06)
4). Connecting to Marketplace always fails giving me error code D-0020. (See screenshots 07-08)
5). Connecting to Multiplayer Worlds (Only tried LAN based worlds) always fails giving me Connection Timed Out - Search help.minecraft.net for “Kelp” error. (See screenshots 09-10)
6). Connecting to External Servers always fails giving me Connection Timed Out error. (See screenshot 11)
I have searched the database and only found one similar issue but very little details (MCPE-230150). Also found some similar issues involving Android platforms. I have tried everything I can think of and have found no online help to solve this issue. I’ve reinstalled Minecraft (Including deletion of all old Minecraft folders before reinstall), Minecraft Launcher, Xbox App, Xbox Gaming Services. I’ve tried logging out of everything and logging back in. I’ve checked all firewall settings. I’ve check all Xbox & Microsoft Account settings. I’ve reset my network. Nothing seems to work!!
