[MCPE-232416] Marketplace can’t be accessed

Everytime I play i am not able to access the marketplace, add-on, realm even skins

It says to try again and list an error code C —0010

It’s been going on since July what can I do

Yes it’s still being a problem, since June last year I can’t use my realm so I canceled my subscription. Any skins with the character creator I made can’t be used the game is not capable of charging marketplace so a lot of media is missing.
