I can't enter the Marketplace or the public Minecraft servers

Bug Report – Error D-0020 (Minecraft Bedrock Edition on Xbox Series S)

Description:

For several weeks, I have been experiencing the error D-0020 every time I try to use online features in Minecraft. The issue prevents me from accessing the Marketplace, Realms, and any multiplayer server. I am completely unable to connect, regardless of how many times I restart the game or the console.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) on Xbox Series S.

1. Sign in with my Microsoft account.

1. Attempt to open the Marketplace or join any server.

Expected Result:

I should be able to access the Marketplace and enter servers normally.

Actual Result:

The game shows the error D-0020 and blocks access to the Marketplace and all online servers.

Duration of the Issue:

The problem has persisted for several weeks without any change.

Additional Notes:

• My internet connection works normally in other games.

• I have already restarted the console, cleared cache, and reinstalled Minecraft, but the error continues.

Please look into this issue, as it makes the online features unusable.
